Mt. Auburn Cemetery

I took the picture near the main entrance of the Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge, MA. on 05 April 2009. It is a Purple-Leaf Beech. In the background is the building of the offices and chapel.

Carmen riding the T

Anton took this photo while riding the subway with Carmen. I believe they were on the C Green line. Anton submitted the photo to our 2nd photo competition last weekend. It did not win, but I think it is very good. It tells a simple story, but is not simplistic. It is direct, it shows that Anton is not afraid to approach a person with the camera.

Futsal Final Game

The Futsal team of Lucas and Anton, the Jets, played the final last Saturday (the 28th) and lost 7-5 to the Brookline team.

Sleepy Hollow

This is Carmen, at the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Concord, MA. The picture was taken near the New Hill Gate.
We organized a photo contest. The photos were taken by Anton, Aquiles and myself.. This picture won the contest.

Walden Pond

This is a view of Walden Pond, taken from the site of H.D. Thoreau's cabin.
The picture was taken on the 15th of March 2009, in the early afternoon. Of the cabin nothing is left. The spot is marked by some stones.

This was our first visit to Walden Pond.
