Provincetown, Cape Cod

We went whale watching while in Provincetown, Cape Cod. The day was cold and rainy, but we had the opportunity to see many whales. The tour guide counted in total 39. We could approach them with the ship and take photos like this one:

Wachusett Mountains

The Wachusett Mountains are a protected forest area west of Concord, and near Princeton in Massachusetts. This picture was taken on Easter Sunday, 2009.

This photo was taken in Wachusset Reservation, Pine Hill Path, near the summit of the mountain, looking to the east, towards Boston. One can see Boston's skyline in the horizon.

Sleepy Hollow

This is Carmen, at the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Concord, MA. The picture was taken near the New Hill Gate.
We organized a photo contest. The photos were taken by Anton, Aquiles and myself.. This picture won the contest.

Walden Pond

This is a view of Walden Pond, taken from the site of H.D. Thoreau's cabin.
The picture was taken on the 15th of March 2009, in the early afternoon. Of the cabin nothing is left. The spot is marked by some stones.

This was our first visit to Walden Pond.
